What we don't offer
To set realistic expectations: this is a lean independent service, not a large SaaS company. That means a few things we deliberately don't do:
- No phone support. Email only.
- No 24/7 live chat.
- No dedicated account management or enterprise sales contacts — if you have a high-volume use case, email us and we'll figure it out together.
- No press or PR desk. Media requests can go to the same email above and will be answered when possible.
